Terms & Refunds

These terms apply when you buy and use software from Mighty Tweaks, including PhantomEdit. By buying or using our software, you agree to them.

Your license

• Each purchase gives you one personal license key for the plan you bought.
• A key works on one PC. It locks to the first PC you activate it on. Contact support if you need it moved to a new PC.
• You may not share, resell, or give away your key or the app, or try to crack, copy, or modify it. Keys that are shared or abused can be deactivated without a refund.
• The app needs an internet connection when it starts so it can check your license.

Delivery

PhantomEdit is a digital product. Your download link and license key are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Refunds

Because your download and key are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final, except in these cases:

• It doesn't work on your PC. If PhantomEdit won't run on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) and our support can't fix it, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Your key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
• Duplicate purchase. If you bought the same plan twice by mistake, we'll refund the extra order.
• Never received it. If you never received your download or key and we can't resend it, we'll refund you.

To ask for a refund, contact support with your order number. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first will deactivate your key.

Game rules and your account

Many games, including Fortnite, treat macros as against their rules, especially in competitive and tournament play, and can ban accounts that use them. You're responsible for following the rules of any game you use PhantomEdit with. Mighty Tweaks is not responsible for bans, suspensions, or other action taken against your game account, and these are not grounds for a refund.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or work with every game update. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Changes

We may update the software and these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases.
